The primary expenditures of The Bates Foundation are directed to an Annual Training Seminar. Rev. Dr. Ledlum-Bates, our Foundation director travels to Liberia to conduct intensive trauma care training.
The income to provide for the training event and other Foundation expenses is derived from private donors.
